We design and deliver bespoke training packages that enhance and support your existing staff teams and wherever possible we try to work with you in utilizing your own internal systems, thus making the most of often limited resources.

We have -; set up counselling services, set up mentoring programmes, deliver training in many different areas from behaviour management, to specific bespoke training in assessment for example. Often our work starts are a pilot scheme, and as it develops we work with you to develop your own internal systems to meet your organisations specific needs.

Rather than acting in a “Broker” type third party role providing extensive and often extremely expensive external packages we will procure any external providers that are needed and negotiate the best possible competitive fees on your behalf.

In our experience if a system is established on a well contracted solid foundation, with clear training and ongoing clinical support, ongoing consultative intervention becomes minimal.
